A PARK FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
The Ede Hotel is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions and has an agreement with the Park Visitor Center.
The Visitor Center of the Orfento Valley is an active information point for naturalistic trekking; it houses a small museum and a wildlife area for the recovery of fauna in difficulty. It also organizes educational workshops for younger guests who will discover the habits of the Otter, a friendly mustelid, the symbol of the Orfento Valley.
The Centro del Lupo was born in the 80s as a genetic bank to ensure a possible reintroduction in case of numerical collapses of individuals in nature. Today, thanks to the numerical increase of the wild population, the objectives have changed, and the centre has the function of treating and temporarily hosting the animals found injured in the wild, conducting research, defending and divulging the habits of this great predator.
It houses a museum where it is possible to listen to the howling of animals and an educational path "From prey to predators", suitable for everyone, including Deer, Fallow Deer, Raptors and Wolves.
